“Do you believe in magic?” the illusionist asked as he helped the polio-stricken kid on the podium. The kid shook his head. He’d been disappointed too often by so-called magical cures for his dilapidating disease.

“Never mind. Let’s have some fun. I want you to look at the audience and focus on a specific banknote in their wallets.”

As the kid out-stared the audience an old-fashioned safe was rolled onto the stage.
